  • How do the X1271 Router and Blade Hotspot connect to the internet?

    The X1271 Router and Blade Hotspot use cellular towers to provide internet access.

  • What speeds can customers expect?

    The X1271 Router provides speeds between 50–150 Mbps, and the Blade Hotspot provides speeds between 25–75 Mbps.

  • Is the data truly unlimited, with no caps or throttling?

    The service provides unlimited data with no traditional data caps. However, speeds may be throttled after approximately 1 TB of monthly usage. Most customers are unlikely to reach this level of data consumption during a typical month.

  • How many devices can connect at once?

    X1271 Router: Supports up to 32 connected devices simultaneously.


    Blade Hotspot: Supports up to 10 connected devices simultaneously.

  • Where can the devices be used, and what coverage is required?

    The devices can be used anywhere within the United States where compatible cellular coverage is available.

  • How do customers activate and set up the devices?

    Customers can activate their Skylink device by visiting navaircorp.com/skylink and registering the device purchased online or through a retailer. Once registration and payment are complete, our Customer Service team will activate the device within two business hours.


    Customer Service Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:30 PM ET; weekends, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM ET. Customer Service is closed on federal holidays.


    X1271 Router Setup: Unbox the router and securely attach all four antennas. Connect the power cord to the DC jack and plug it into a wall outlet. Then, press the power button located on the left side of the router to turn it on. Allow approximately 3–5 minutes for the router to fully power on and establish an internet connection.


    Blade Hotspot Setup: Press and hold the power button on the right side of the device until the hotspot powers on. Allow approximately 2–4 minutes for the device to fully start up and establish an internet connection.

  • What should customers do if they experience connection or speed issues?

    If you experience connection or speed issues, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Include your name, the email address associated with your Skylink account, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.


    Our team will work with you to diagnose the issue, troubleshoot your connection, and help ensure your Skylink device is performing properly.
